Church & Hill was founded with a clear purpose: to bring a higher standard of quality, professionalism, and transparency to the floor coating industry in Texas.
We’re Cole and Andrew—longtime friends and former roommates at the University of Michigan. Andrew holds a degree in civil engineering and spent four years at Giffels & Webster designing municipal infrastructure. Cole studied economics and history, working as a commercial real estate broker with Colliers International.
Through our work in construction and engineering, we saw the same pattern over and over: rushed installs, inconsistent prep, and cheap coatings. We built Church & Hill to do the opposite—deliver floors that are engineered correctly and installed meticulously.
Today, we operate with discipline, clear communication, and an obsession with clean execution. We live and work here, and we’re committed to building a reputation in Texas for floors that perform for years. Our commitment to precision and disciplined execution is what led to our guiding principle: Quality is found in the corners.
